Making
the
Connection

Starting back when I was around three-years-old, my mother made me look people in the eyes, smile, and say hello. I never stopped! At some point, I actually started enjoying it. Maybe that's why I've connected to so many interesting and diverse people over the years.

I discovered as much as I enjoy connecting with people I liked even more being a connector, connecting people who had something in common, a business interest, the same hometown, alumni of the school, whatever it was. My mind sparks when I find those common connection points and I act to make the introductions.

I started my consulting firm in 1996 focused on clients in the real estate industry, my previous career stop. I soon realized the part of every engagement I enjoyed and succeeded in the most was the relationship and trust-building needed to gain support for some client goal.

So, I pursued that passion and widened my client list, and provided my service to help clients achieve identified goals using strategic networking interwoven with person branding,

Today, I work passionately with clients seeking to join corporate boards of directors. Their success is my success. I work with clients to craft their board-oriented CV, bio, and LinkedIn profile and then help them connect with the companies that appeal to them for possible board service. I love it!
