Starting when I was three years old, my mother made me look people in the eyes, smile, and say hello. I never stopped! That explains in part how I've connected to so many interesting and diverse people over the years.

I discovered that as much as I enjoy connecting with people I like even more being a connector, connecting people who had something in common, a business interest, the same hometown, alumni of the same school, whatever it was. My mind sparks when I find those connection points and I act to make introductions.

 

I started my consulting firm in 1996 and quickly realized the part of every engagement I enjoyed the most and where I had the greatest impact was the relationship-building I did on behalf of my clients. I pursued that passion and expertise to help clients achieve diverse goals using strategic networking interwoven with personal branding,
